The Gujarat - Science Technology and Engineering facilities Map (G-STEM) Portal is envisioned as a centralized web platform dedicated for seamless sharing and optimal utilization of publicly funded & unaided research and development (R&D) equipment’s and facilities across various institutions across Gujarat.
The portal aims to provide access through a dedicated digital platform to high-end scientific instruments and specialized research facilities. By enabling researchers from different institutions to utilize these resources, the G-STEM Portal will foster collaborative research, reduce redundancy, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the research infrastructure within the state. This initiative will ensure that state-of-the-art equipment’s are fully utilized, avoiding duplication of investments, and promoting innovative scientific discoveries through shared resources.
